Legal advice and assistance to employers, workers and employees upon conclusion, fulfilment and termination of employment contracts and employment relations pursuant to the Labour Code, including on employment-related issues regarding the rights and obligations of the parties, types and amounts of remuneration, working hours, rest breaks and leaves, labour discipline, disciplinary and property liability, etc.;

Legal advice and assistance to employers, workers and employees upon entering into and execution of employment contracts;

Legal advice and assistance in termination of employment by mutual consent, at the initiative of the employee or at the initiative of the employer;

Special protection for certain categories of employees;

Legal assistance and litigation in labour disputes, disciplinary and/or pecuniary liability and legal protection against unlawful termination and dismissal under the Labour Code, including assistance in re-employment and/or payment of due compensations under the Labour Code;

Legal advice and assistance to the parties in civil service relations regarding entering into, amendments and termination of the civil service relations, the rights and obligations of the civil servant and the appointing authority under the Civil Servants Act;
