Representation of traders before the competent administrative authorities and courts against unjustified consumer complaints and claims, including in cases of consumer mass claims;

Legal assistance and representation of traders in the administrative procedures for control on the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act, including in the procedures for appealing against administrative acts and penalty orders for administrative violations of the Consumer Protection legislation.
